To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

Certain items such as personal care products, undergarments, or clearance sale items are non-returnable.
2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service with your order number and reason for return.

After approval, you must send the product back to the provided address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or not as described.

For an exchange, please contact our support team with proof (photo/video) within 48 hours of delivery.
5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been shipped.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
