1. Eligibility for Return

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

  • Certain items such as personal care products, undergarments, or clearance sale items are non-returnable.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service with your order number and reason for return.

  • After approval, you must send the product back to the provided address.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or not as described.

  • For an exchange, please contact our support team with proof (photo/video) within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
